MRCP TTS Client
This program is a MRCP TTS client. It can connect to any MRCP compliant TTS server to read out arbitrary text. The program provides an TCP/IP connection with a simple protocol to specify the text to read out. The program sends the text via MRCP to the TTS server and configures the server to stream the resulting audio data via RTP to a pre-defined computer in the network. Therefore it is possible to run the MRCP TTS Client on an arbitrary computer in the network while controlling the words to be read from any other computer.
